Technical Service Manager Key Accounts Culinary (m/w/d)
These tasks await you with us:

Betreuung der bereits bestehenden Beziehungen zu unseren Key Account Kunden zusammen mit dem Sales Manager

Manage the technical relationship with customers together with the Sales Manager

Scout new opportunities for customer developments
-
Develop and deliver customer projects, including sample supply and evaluation
-
Identify customer needs and translate them into concrete offerings with and without support of R&D
-
Ensure adequate speed of response, time-to-market and communication (manage expectations)
-
Negotiate and manage product specifications with customers and operations as necessary, prevent resolve out-of-spec situations

Organize customer workshops and trainings, represent company at exhibitions and fairs (stand crew) for the entire portfolio

Support building product USPs in application and demonstrations thereof, drive application development

Build and maintain presence and visibility in the local technical community and network, e.g. by participating in expert groups, advisory boards to technical institutions etc.

Contribute to collective conscience across A&TS by sharing experiences and insights across team
-
Contribute to market (competitor) intelligence by actively sharing observations and insights with marketing, sales, product management

Support local supply chain development
This profile convices us:
-
Completed Degree in food technology / chemistry, nutritional science, biotechnology or similar, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in a food processing company required
-
Experience in customer contact desirable

Technical understanding of fats and oils as well as culinary knowledge (deep frying, soups and sauces)

Strong communication skills, customer-oriented thinking and an independent and goal-oriented way of working

Enjoy working in an international team and respectful cooperation
-
Willingness to travel both to customers and to other locations

Good knowledge of MC Office software, knowledge of Salesforce, SAP and project documentation desirable

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
