Location: Kyiv/ Kyiv region/ Bila Tserkva.

What you will be doing as Agri Origination Branch Manager (North)?

• Develop and manage a origination team in the area (coordinate the daily activity of Grain Buyers, mobile lab daily/weekly volume planning. Plan the commercial activity and set the targets to the team; monitor the progress of targets/goals set).
• Directly negotiate commercial arrangements with key clients.
• Actively participate into origination strategy-making together within all respective Value Chains; implement origination strategy, tactics and tools, agreed within trading team.
• Manage commercial part of respective silos, river terminals, make proper rotation of the asset to have full utilization of the asset.
• Manage and control department expenditures within agreed budget; control all the costs related to commercial activity of Origination activity.
• Offer support for execution and logistic colleagues prior and in all stages of contract execution.
• Support company business activities, identify and follow development opportunities for company in his area and abroad.
• Regular reports.

What do we expect from our future Agri Origination Branch Manager (North)?

• Minimum 3 years of trading or relevant experience.
• Manager experience.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Specific market understanding,
• Good balance of analytical and creative, communicative, ability to manage multiple tasks, ability to work under pressure, adaptable, team worker, responsibilities taker.
