Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

With a growing business, added complexity and challenges, the need to have a dedicated Product Cost Expert has risen to support the Regional Finance Director and business partners to primarily manage and control product costs in Pasir Gudang, including material and production costs.

Monthly Reporting

1. Product cost reports review and monitoring
2. Support Human Nutrition global team on monthly product cost data.
3. Update FP&A financial monthly report / expectation file for Edible oils & Specialty ingredients Business Unit (BLC BAS entity (EO/SI biz) )
4. Update monthly FP&A financial monthly report for BLC BAS entity (EO/SI biz)
5. Prepare Performance tables & P&L management for BLC BAS entity (EO/SI biz)
6. Update Commentary for Performance Call BLC BAS entity (EO/SI biz)
7. Monitor and prepare commentary for Operating working capital BLC BAS entity (EO/SI biz)
8. APAC Headcount (HC) Report Consolidation
9. Update MBR Commentary/Scorecard for EO/SI biz (if any)

Finance Partnering

1. Partnering with PMR team on new product costing support
2. Work together with Controlling on actual/standard cost variances
3. Partnering with Demand team & commercial FPA on product costing/margin analysis
4. Partnering with R&D/operation team for seeking opportunity on optimize product costing
5. Partnering with supply planning to improve inventory level for better OPWC

Quarterly / Annual

1. Update commentary for Quarterly Business Review for BLC BAS EO/SI
2. Prepare & upload Forecast as per Bunge schedule for BAS EO/SI to Tableau & OneStream
3. Prepare commentary on latest Forecast upload.
4. Lead & finalize annual budgeting (full book) for BAS EO/SI
5. Upload annual budget to OneStream for BAS EO/SI

Ad Hoc

1. General Costing/operation data support for BAS EO&SI team
2. Any requests for analysis, commentary, data retrieval from SAP etc

Desired Qualities/Skills and Knowledge  

• Accounting degree or equivalent with 3-5 years working experience.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Prefer who has knowledge in MS office (Particularly in MS excel)
• Prefer who has strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Candidate must be interested in understanding of operation process in order to find more opportunity in cost saving projects.
• Able to communicate to difference department team in the company.
