SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

• Accountable on the booking to shipping line base on shipment schedule and meeting customer expectation of ETS & ETA
• Co-ordinate Import and Export freight bookings including Air / Sea (FCL/LCL) / Cross Border Trucking / Inland Clearance & Trucking.
• Monitor and ensure freight billing or shipping discrepancies with agents
• Monitor the import process and ensure zero detention charges

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

• Update and monitor the shipment transit times, delay, advance internally
• Support in ad-hoc projects
• Resolve issues relating to transportation, customer problems, import and export, and logistics systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including usage metrics, customer issues and resolutions, training records, work logs, and schedule documentation.
• Co-coordinate with various other departments as needed to create comprehensive schedules for shipping in SNOP meeting
• Collaboration with agents/Vendor to ensure achieve the vendor KPIs
• Ensure booking team book with selected carriers with right time and right cost
• Prepare, analyze and send monthly forecasts to ocean carrier contacts
