Export Execution Analyst

Position Overview:

As part of the Logistics and Sales Execution team, participate in all phases of contracting, reporting, logistics and documentation. Responsible for Contract Administration and USDA export sales reporting on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.

 

Core Functions:
·         Work with and provide back up to the Export Execution Manager and logistics team.
·         Responsible for USDA export sales reporting: based on deadlines associated with daily/weekly/quarterly requirements
·         Maintain legal contract files
·         Perform AES filing in compliance with US Customs regulations.
·         Perform screening of vessels, owners, operators for any sanctions.
·         Reconcile positions in GTM against vessel line up. 
·         Assist trading team with contract terms and offers
·         Printing GTM (SAP based system) export contracts on a daily basis, and entering the terms of the trading transactions into the LN database and entering 3rd party sales into TSW (another SAP based system) as necessary
·         Print daily reports GTM
·         The creation of formal export contracts in Word, and mailing to customers for signatures; checking all export contracts and broker export contracts and presenting to proper export trading desks for signature and mailing 
·         Prepare invoices and maintain payables/receivables for documentation services. 
·         Preparation of files for off-site storage
·         Other duties as assigned

 

Skill/Experience Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
·         Demonstrated proficiency in electronic business systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business software
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task adjusting priorities as necessary to meet shifting time-sensitive deadlines
·         At least three years of applicable export-related experience
·         Business experience in export commodity shipments, documentation for bulk vessel shipments and understanding of letters of credit are a plus, but not required
·         SAP experience is preferred, but not required
