Bunge Finland is looking for an innovative colleague to join our passionate and professional, yet small but growing marketing team based in Stockholm, Sweden as a Category & Customer Specialist.
What makes this role so inviting?
You will be working with the well-known brand Carlshamn where your role is to manage, coordinate and execute category & customer development in Sweden to support the achievement of the overall Bunge Finland’s business strategy. You will contribute and implement marketing and sales plans together with the Marketing Manager Sweden and Distributor’s sales team. We are looking for an all-around marketing expert to focus on growing Bunge’s Finland branded business in Swedish market. Daily, you will work closely with the sales team to match our customer expectations. Finally, you will execute marketing activities both in digitally and in traditional medias to build Bunge brands’ consumer awareness.
Preferably you are located close to Stockholm, but this position can also be executed remotely, with monthly travels to Stockholm and Raisio (Finland) depending on the business needs.
Who are we looking for?
A colleague who is passionate about (Digital) Marketing, Category management and Customer development and would love to progress the career in the wonderful world of food industry. This role can be a real step up for a candidate with the right attitude and having initial experience in one or more of the mentioned areas. By nature, you are someone who is self-managing, but seeking interaction and collaboration while taking initiative.
- Category Management: Contribute, plan and execute activities towards the achievement of the annual business plans. Contribute to the product portfolio development;
- Trade Channel / Customer Development: Support the branded business across all relevant channels/ customers in Sweden. Plan and execute trade activities together with the distributor. Create content to customer communication according to sales cycles. Manage sales material orders and deliveries.
- Digital Marketing: Manage Bunge brands’ digital awareness in Sweden. Focus on content creation for Social Media and administration;
- Customer and Consumer feedback: Manage customer and consumer feedback.
In other words, we expect:
- A higher education (university or college) degree, preferably with a Marketing or Business focus;
- Good project management skills including planning and organizing;
- Excellent communication, interaction and team-working skills;
- Experience with FMCG sales or marketing and digital marketing will be considered a plus;
- Fluent oral and written Swedish and English.
