Overall purpose of job
This role is taking the responsibility of sales opportunities communication for lecithin, and phosphatidylserine as well as KA management. The role is able to assist in the execution and case study in the new business development and market exploring for Emulsifier in the downstream for derivatives through the whole value chain; Co-ordinate and escalate issues as needed on internal alignment with new assignment on project base or pipeline management with sales force. Build up and maintain updated industrial market intelligence and ongoing trend to ensure the execution align with global strategy and goal to achieve.

Main activities/tasks
• Responsible for the fulfilment of the assigned commercial target and ensure the execution on sales contract management.
• Rightly product positioning with downstream pipeline build up. Build and maintain market intelligence through customer mapping and producers relevant activities in the region; Keep the organisation posted on the demand/supplier, competitors’ price, regional and global market trends
• Go-review and analysis on sales record with activity updates as performance management
• Make timely reflection from customer to related support functional to enable product continuous competitiveness.
• Actively look into the downstream of Emulsifier and assist in the business development for derivatives sales for the premarketing and project base.
• Support SI China on IBP review, acceleration plan, sales force and corresponding projects to in line with sales business plans for both local and global
• Execute and deliver on regional development plan by in conjunction with global initiatives for inbound and outbound business opportunities whilst support and responsible for KA sales plan and execution at local.

 

Desired Qualities/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in international trading and marketing, food processing, chemical engineering educational background;

• Experience in food, biochemical, oil chemistry is preferred. with 5+ years of working experiences.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong accountability, execution, plus pressure tolerance in fast-growing environment; Capable of developing deep and collaborative cross-function relationships.
• Good account management and coordination skills
• Proficient in application of Office software and data analysis
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Honest, Integrity, healthy and willing to travel frequently
• You have a sense for in Multinational Corporations is preferred.
• Hold positive outlook on life and values, great team work spirit and big-picture mindset
