Bridging the Gap Between Government and Business:
As Bunge KSA’s primary liaison with government agencies, you’ll navigate regulations and champion our company’s interests. You will cultivate solid relationships with key officials, guaranteeing adherence and promoting a positive image of Bunge within the Saudi Arabian government. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guaranteeing adherence with local laws and regulations related to operating licenses, certifications, employment, and immigration.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all government-related documentation and coordinating related payments.
- Providing regular reports to the General Manager on government relations activities.
The Heart of Our Office, the Champion of Our People:
You will be the anchor of our KSA office, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This includes:
- Managing office utilities, contracts, and payments.
- Coordinating internal and external events.
Beyond office administration, you’ll be a vital resource for our employees, providing comprehensive HR support. Your duties in this area will encompass:
- Managing employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and benefits (using portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, MOL)
- Supporting residence and work permit processes for non-Saudi employees
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with global policies.
Are You the Right person?
We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Due to local legislation requirements you must be Saudi national, ideally based in Riyadh.
- At least of years of experience in both Government Relations and HR or Office Administration, preferably within an international company.
- Experience with portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, MOL is a must.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
