Overview
The "Analista de Transformação de BT e Gerenciamento de Programas Sênior"  is responsible for supporting the execution plan to transform and scale BT’s organization and operating model into a highly effective, integrated team.  This role will report directly to the BT Transformation & Program Management Sr. Manager . This role will enable successful partnering with the Business Technology Leadership Team and BT Services and Planning team to support the implementation of a new organization and operating model, implement a knowledge management strategy and training plan to ensure all employees are skilled, empowered, and accountable for BT’s data and digital transformation.  
 
Essential Functions

  • Serving as  support to BT’s organization and operating model transformation. 
  • Contributing to the implementation of a Knowledge Management strategy that creates a culture of knowledge sharing and ensures that institutional knowledge is captured, shared, and rewarded to enable BT to scale.
  • Supporting the long-term operation and success of the knowledge management program.
  • Supporting collaboration with leaders across the Business Technology organization to create seamless transition plans to BT’s new operating model.  This entails supporting  transition activities and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Collaborating with the BT Transformation & Program Management team to support program structure, governance model and reports. 
  • Supporting additional initiatives related to integration and transformation activities at the discretion of the Director, Transformation and Program Management.
  • Willing to work cross functionally in order to support the initiatives of our colleagues within the overall BT Planning and Services team. 

 

Requirements:

  • BS/MS, MBA, or equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Minimum of 4 years  years demonstrated experience in:
    • Management consulting, specifically in IT or digital transformation project and program management. (applicable to consulting with internal leaders on the size and scale of their organization).
    • IT project managementinnovation, and customer experience combined.
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, listening and presentation skills required with the ability to influence all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to align leaders including the ability to gain trust and form strong business alliances within all levels of an organization.
  • Travel required for this position (15-20%) 
  • Hybrid position.
