BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Compensations Manager Europe & Asia. In this role, you will be implementing Compensation policies, processes and strategies aligned with market positioning objectives, costs and appropriate to the company's Human Resources service needs, involving all remuneration systems, aiming to contribute to maintaining the internal balance and external competitiveness of the company's remuneration practices, as well as attracting, retaining, motivating and professionally developing its human resources, in addition to supporting the assigned HRBPs and managers in compensation matters. Partner with Global Total Rewards on specific global projects.

Some responsibilities of the Compensations Manager Europe & Asia are:

 

 

  • Contribute to the competitiveness of total rewards policies, processes and procedures, by updating and implementing consistent programs and following market practices and trends, aligned with the business culture and strategy and the needs of employees.

 

  • Update Compensation Policies, through salary studies and surveys, ensuring the company's alignment and competitiveness in the market.

 

  • Monitor the processes of defining compensation in cases of hiring, promotion and transfer of employees, observing existing policies standards and guidelines.

 

  • Responsible for participating in salary surveys and analyzing the results obtained with the objective of keeping internal competitiveness.

 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recognition and reward policies that supports the attraction and retention of qualified, motivated, and high-performance professionals.

 

  • Participate in global projects, contributing with expertise in total compensation practices and procedures.

 

  • Perform job evaluations (job leveling), through the analysis and process of job evaluation, according to the methodology used by the company for Europe & Asia region.

 

  • Develop HR projects together with other analysts, contributing with knowledge, practices, and experiences from their area of ​​expertise, aiming the improvement and integration of human resources actions.

 

  • Provide support to HRBPs and Union Relations Specialist in discussions on compensation matters.

 

  • Contribute and act directly for the designated area or areas, providing support in compensation programs, compensation planning, data collection related to positions and salaries, plan implementation, project studies, guidance on policies and procedures and other related matters.

 

  • Monitor external trends in total compensation in the location/region of operation in order to recommend consistent compensation programs.

 

  • Participate in group meetings with Human Resources professionals, exchanging technical information, as well as informing and receiving data on HR indicators, for comparative analysis of the market versus the company, making the data available to those involved for the appropriate analyses.

 

 

 

 

We are looking for different skills / experience:

 

  • Higher Education in: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources.
  • Fluent English – other language an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Postgraduate degree in: Compensation Management.
  • Good knowledge of Human resources planning, Strategic plan, Compensation surveys and Project Management.
  • Previous experience with organizational development, structures, organizational charts.
