BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for an Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Systems Analyst (E&A) In this role, you will be responsible to ensure optimal Safety reports for Europe and Asia and support the sites and Markets about EHSQ System usage and implementation. The EHSQ System Analyst for Europe and Asia must support the administrative works related with implementing and development of Safety programs, follow ups and Regional Safety campaigns / events.

Some responsibilities of the Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Systems Analyst (E&A) are:

• Responsible for delivering monthly, and more frequent, reporting of incident and proactive safety metrics in an accurate and timely manner.
• Support the development and maintenance of appropriate methodologies for the collection, consolidation, and verification of EHS reactive and proactive data and other sustainability metrics.
• Support collection of any other data via surveys or other methods.
• Interact with Market/Location safety teams to provide support for EHS Business Systems and promote user adoption. End user training/communications.
• EU and Asia administrator role of EHS Business Systems. Problem solve-troubleshoot when issues arise. Work with Global EHS Business System Administrator.
• Maintain EU and Asia communication channels in Ms Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Support in administrative activities for Corporate Safety tasks (purchase orders, offer requests…).
• Coordinate safety materials compilation and translation including contacts with external supplier (HPE Stand for Safety Materials translation review, global Safety Alerts…).
• Support the follow up of Safety trends and analysis.

We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor or Master in similar field.
• Experience in industry and / or operations.
• +/- 5 years relevant experience in administration / IT tools.
• Multitask / multicultural working environment.
• IT tools (office 365, SAP, Tableau..) knowledge.
• Ability to effectively present data in Power Point and other formats.
• Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to challenge the status quo constructively.
• Able to deal with conflict in a constructive manner.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Developed communication, networking and relationship building skills.
• Strong office 365 / IT tools knowledge.
• Results orientated and strong attention to detail.
