Overview:
We are looking for an experienced senior SAP QM/PP-PI/WM professional to join the BT Functional and Process Center of Excellence team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The SAP Specialist – SAP Industrial: SAP QM/PP-PI/WM will be responsible for analyzing business processes in the main area of Quality within Industrial Processes  and with secondary area of focus also in Production  and Warehouse Management, translating them into system requirements and configuring SAP accordingly. The specialist is also responsible to identify opportunities for process improvements in the same areas and beyond and promote them as SAP configuration to enhance system possibilities. This role will drive the SAP  expertise forthe industrial processes of the Quality, Food & Safety related processes.  This role will partner closely with SAP Center of Excellence global and regional BT Teams and QFS and Industrial teams as well. Their role reports to the IT partner - SAP Solutions Industrial Ops. Europe and Asia in the BT Functional & Process CoE organization. 

Essential Functions:

• Analyze Business Processes (main area of expertise in Quality, secondary areas of expertise in Production, and Warehouse Management), including dependencies from and to other business aspects (from Procurement to Finance), to define requirements for configuration in QM, PP, and WM modules.
• Perform configuration work in the three modules, independently or in coordination and cooperation with other team members/consultants (if the case) and other Bunge Entities (as appropriate), to grant successful implementation of projects.
• Perform needed tests and business checks, together with IT Partner – SAP Solutions Industrial Ops Europe & Asia, to ensure project consistency and alignment among various project locations for all aspects of Quality, Production, and Warehouse work-streams.
• Identify opportunities, together with IT Partner – SAP Solutions Industrial Ops Europe & Asia for business process improvement; promote and drive implementation of these improvements into system configuration, considering matching to the capabilities of SAP.
• Coordinates specific initiatives in Industrial areas, as delegated by IT Partner - SAP Solutions Industrial Ops Europe & Asia
• Become the solution owner for SAP Quality Management in Europe.
• Analysis of processes completed, and requirement defined, within defined projects milestones 
• Gather understanding of business needs and translate them into system requirements 
• Fit-gap analysis (processes) prepared, according to defined project milestones 
• SAP Configuration correctly performed, and regression testing (system) performed as appropriate
• Business process improvements (related to system capability) identified
• Technical knowledge: Recognized as reliable partner from business partners and colleagues in Food and other work-steams; ability and willingness to acquire new competencies
• Openness and Communications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Working well with all levels of the organization (from Management to end-users)
• Teamwork: Team Oriented, ability to integrate within diverse team culture and background, and work with others to maximize the overall success of the group

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, or Business Administration/ Engineering; Master’s degree and PhD are a plus.
• Min 9 years SAP expertise in implementation projects, with strong hands-on SAP ECC & configuration skills
• Certification of Project Management a plus.
• Proven configuration and support experience of QM and secondary expertise with PP, and WM modules.
• Deep understanding of integration with other modules (ex: SD, MM, FICO).
• Hands-on application and configuration experience in Data Management. 
• At ease in working with LSMW, User roles, SAP Queries
• Must be highly analytical, team player, with ability to learn quickly; can prioritize and multi-task while under pressure.
• Must be proactive, including managing deliverables, ability to work independently as well as a good team player, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance. 
• Must have a desire to continuous learning, while sharing knowledge. 
• Must be available for off-hour, on-call support as needed.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages a plus.
• Experience in S4Hana projects is a plus
