Account Executive，Human Nutrition

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and drive actionable account plans and draw up commercial proposals, & business plan to achieve annual target.

2. Monitor and report customer activities, including sales vs. budget, issues, accomplishments, and up-coming events (e.g., tenders, price negotiations, new product formulation development, etc.

3. Collect & identify potential business opportunities, and, in collaboration with Application & Technical Support to capture opportunities.

4. Develop and maintain an actual forecast per customer, aligning their demand with our supply capabilities while optimizing stock levels.

5. Identify targeting & develop new Nutrition customers in selected segments, eg. Nutrition, Dairy, food supplements and sport nutrition segments, following a plan co-developed with the Nutrition, Plant Base & Specialty Ingredient team.

6. Coordinate with Sales Support Nutrition to manage the contract book and to monitor customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role
2. Work experience in life science, nutrition, or specialty food ingredients preferred

3. Understanding of (and interest in) Nutrition, Life Sciences & Chemistry, to develop technical knowledge of nutrition ingredients and the industry.
5. Product development, project management and negotiation skills.
6. Technical knowledge on ingredients for Infant nutrition or supplement segment will be preferred.
