Job Summary: As a Finance Trainee, you will participate in our finance trainee program and work with different finance function teams across the company to ensure that we have enough talent and capabilities to provide professional finance analysis and solutions for various business requirements. You will be a potential finance talent who supports business and company development to achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through different finance departments across the company over a period of 12-18 months to gain practical experience in various finance functions
• Learn financial policies and operation processes of each finance function and participate in finance projects/trainings to develop skills
• Support finance functional leaders in various assignments, such as Business Results forecasting, monthly closing report, finance analysis, cash flow forecasting, project controlling, product orders controlling, operational process improvement aiming at better internal controls, tax, treasury and credit
• Address areas of personal development related to finance policies and hands-on experience in routine finance operation tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance Management/ Accounting/Economic or related fields (2023 graduate, also applies to 2021 & 2022 graduates); Master's degree preferred
• Previous initial work experience in the finance function can be considered
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Persistence, curiosity to learn and open to new ideas
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take initiative and drive for results
• Self-motivated individual with sound decision-making capabilities
• Familiar with MS software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional fluency in English and Mandarin. Other languages are a plus
• Any finance certificate is preferred
