Nutrition Scientific Manager

Responsibilities

• Support to deliver KPI for the Nutrition Science deliverables
• Develop scientific concepts based on latest scientific literatures/market trends/customer interactions to support the Nutrition Business;
• Participate in clinical study design and execution, support to develop cutting-edge clinical concepts together with external partners and customers;
• Contribute and optimize the Business growth potential of the Nutrition portfolio in China;
• As scientific  liaison, together with marketing team, on overviewing translation of global nutrition materials into Chinese; 
• Maintain global nutrition science intelligence data base in infant, sport and active nutrition arena;
• Provide regulatory support to global and Chinese team on regulatory inquiries in infant, sports and medical nutrition;

Requirements

•    Minimal 2 years’ experience in the FMCG, Nutrition or Food industry;
•    Ph.D. preferred with minimal 2 years’ industry experience; M.Sc. with minimal 5 years’ industry experience;
•    Strong communication skills to be able to guide internal discussions and foster decision-making 
•    Problem-solving skills to be able to develop creative solutions to business challenges by tapping into the knowledge in the organization
•    Strong planning skills to run multiple projects and/or initiatives at a time by driving alignment across stakeholders, creating plans for the work to be done & delegating work appropriately 
•    Fluency in both English and Chinese
