Senior Category Sourcing Manager

Role Purpose Statement:

• Manage SH HQ and Dongguan plant based direct & indirect materials spends

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for Shanghai HQ and Dongguan plant non-category based direct / indirect materials and CapEx spend management, co-work with China / regional on related category synergy development
• Following China Procurement Policy & Procedure in daily sourcing and purchasing practices for managed SH HQ / Dongguan plant, responsible for the execution consistence under policy compliance
• Responsible to deliver competitive achievements for cascaded targets from China market on managed spends of sites
• Responsible for reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement of managed spends / suppliers
• Lead subordinate development / continuous improvement / performance assessment for Dongguan plant procurement team
• Other assigned tasks from line manager

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree and above with major in business, economics and supply chain management.
• 10-15 years experiences in strategic sourcing & category management, at least 3yrs team management, categories experiences in SG&A and OpEx is plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English as working language.
• Strong communication skills and logic with stakeholders at all levels
