Industrial Operations Trainee Program Quality & Food Safety – Location Tema

Bunge’s 18-month Engineering Trainee Program across Europe & Asia offers an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Bunge's Industrial business operations. Program overview:
Start in one of our facilities across the region, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations. Trainees will participate in a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining, and packaging facilities. Program highlights include:
- Gain industry & Bunge business knowledge: Learn about the agribusiness industry and gain knowledge about roles and responsibilities within Bunge.
- Build a professional network with global exposure: Meet and work with professionals across the organization and in an international setting. Engage with and learn from top professionals and global leaders.
- Career Development: Build a foundation for your future with insights and skills relevant to your career aspirations and develop skills for strategic key positions in Bunge and success in the workplace.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.
Who would we typically hire into the program:
- Graduates with 0-2 years previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical Engineering education considered: Food Science, Biological Science, Chemistry or Biochemistry or any related field.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Enthusiasts with an international and pro-active attitude, who are eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A good level of English language skills are required. Local languages may be required in some locations.
