- System operation: supplier maintenance, purchase requisition&receipt, SAP account query and verification.

- Employee service: responsible for employees' commercial insurance, mobile phone charges , company landline charges, express delivery,  employees' physical examination, labor protection supplies.          Collection and distribution of work clothes, procurement and distribution of heatstroke prevention articles, procurement of fixed assets, etc.

- Office equipment : maintenance non-professional equipment in the office building and living building, safety inspection, greening management, holiday arrangement, etc.

- Outsourcing affairs management: shuttle bus management, canteen management,  greening management, cleaning management, environmental sanitation management, apartment affairs processing.

- Travel support: visitor reception and hotel arrangement, personnel maintenance of air ticket system and offline exception handling.

- Administrative support: participate meeting and make meeting records, prepare and participate in the administrative meeting in China, collect and sort out the monthly report, support various training activities, support for marketing customer communication meetings, and support for various activities in the company.

- Administrative projects: contract renewal and bidding of administration-related suppliers/service providers, determination of the scheme for the renovation and renovation of the administrative building/living building/guard room, price comparison and on-site safety supervision.

- Cost management: annual administrative cost forecast, monthly forecast, various cost settlement, water and electricity cost accounting, etc.

- Outreach work: application of top 100 enterprises, change of company license, application of materials from Grain and Oil Institute/Grain Association, and other investigation or review work that needs to be completed in cooperation with the government.

- Administration team management: daily work management and training for team members

- Continuous improvement: continuously improve the company's administrative management, optimize resources and processes.
