Main Accountabilities

12. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including updating closing checklists and schedules as necessary.

12. Perform detailed reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts and various general ledger accounts.

12. Investigate and resolve any outstanding variances or reconciling items promptly.

12. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and other reports with a high level of accuracy and within the required timeline.

12. Submit external reports to platforms, primarily involving the Statistics Bureau, State Administration of Grain, and the Agriculture Committee, etc.

12. Assist in preparing OneStream forms base data in a timely and accurate manner.

12. Calculate and file taxes on the platform and conduct regular reviews with the local team to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

12. Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss closing issues, propose actions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution of open items.

12. Act as a backup for the fixed asset specialist role for one or two companies as needed.

12. Ensure compliance with SOX, Bunge GIA, and other mandated audits, and provide necessary documentation for both internal and external audits。

12. Brainstorm and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity in financial processes.

任职要求

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, SAP is better.
