Role Purpose Statement: This position is for handling day to day activities in physical refinery & palm kernel fractionation.

Main Accountabilities:

•    Safety of operators and process 
•    Quality of in process and final product
•    Productivity  
•    Contract & on role operator manpower handling 
•    Oil & packing material loss control 
•    Utility consumption optimization

Technical:

Maintaining consisted quality of fractionated olein, CPKS  
•    Coordinating with other key stake holders for efficient use of resources 
•    Improving & sustaining plant capacity 
•    Strong command on shop floor team for achieving department goals 
•    Fair knowledge of Quality and food safety systems.
•    Actively participating in safety system implementation 
•    Sap knowledge

Education & Experience:

Should be a graduate and above

Knowledge   Sap is added advantage

 2-3 years   experience in relevant industry
