BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a 4.0 Site Leader | Product Owner. In this role, you will create product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for the team driven by the overall vision. You will bring a deep understanding of the target market / industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. A 4.0 Site Leader | Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. You will work closely within the team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. 4.0 Site Leader | Product Owner will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.

Main Accountabilities:

 

  • Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
  • End to end team output strategy from inception to production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
  • Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters in production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
  • Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
  • Work closely with Industry 4.0 leadership to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
  • Align outward facing product requirements.
  • Contract and third-party management.
  • Collaborate with other business units (Operations, IT, OT/Automation, etc.).

 

 

 

 Experience and Competencies:

 

  • Background: Engineering, Automation, Computer Science.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
  • +/- 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology and supporting industry principles.
  • Availability for non-frequently travels.
  • Microsoft Office package, JIRA knowledge would be appreciated.
  • Experience with data science, AI and machine learning would be a plus.
  • Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
