Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to join the Product Development team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Head of Business Systems Analysis CoE will be  accountable for developing and fostering consistent Business Systems Analysis practices across all products and platforms,  responsible for overseeing and managing a global team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) who partner closely with all business domains across the BT organization to help embed BSA resources within product and platform agile Scrum Teams. 

Essential Functions: 

• Build, establish and continuously evolve the mission and vision for the CoE, in line with industry and Bunge and BT purpose, mission and vision 

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Business Systems Analysis CoE team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment 

• Define a strategy for Business System Analysts that aligns with BT and business objectives  

• Develop robust standards for attracting, mentoring, and developing BSA talent, to ensure that BSAs are serving as effective “translators” across business requirements and technical systems​ 

• Establish and maintain best practices and common guidelines for business systems analysis 

• Collaborate closely with BT Partners and Product Delivery to manage BSA talent allocation to product and platform teams 

• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture to align product and platform Business Systems Analysis CoE with enterprise business and technology strategies 

• Set up business process and business systems knowledge base and knowledge-sharing processes and forums among CoE members to facilitate peer-to-peer mentorship and development 

• Foster cross-functional collaboration, establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and communicate business system initiatives, progress, and outcomes to the Product Development and BT leadership team 

Requirements: 

• Bachelors' degree required, Masters' degree preferred, or equivalent degree in business, technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering)  

• 10+ years of experience in technology management 

• 10+ years of experience leading a team of Business Systems Analysts (or similar roles) 

• 5+ years of experience leading or regularly interfacing with cross-functional, geographically distributed Scrum teams in Agile environments 

• Demonstrated experience establishing mid-size organization and leading talent allocation decisions at an organizational level, working on programs that span over multiple complex domains and products 

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies, and how it ties into business objectives 

• Demonstrated experience developing business process models and system diagrams within customer and product-centric organization 

• Familiarity with enterprise business systems, such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, as well as proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure 

• Excellent leadership and team managements skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams 

• Proven track record of delivering results, even when requirements are under-specified or ambiguous 

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

• Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis and Agile certifications
