Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach professional to join the Agile Center of Excellence team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Agile Coach will be responsible for supporting the introduction of Agile culture in the organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to guide and coach the organization as well as other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters in the group. The Agile Coach will be also involved in preparing and conducting training as well as overseeing and evaluating maturity of agile adaptation.


Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate and influence senior leadership to drive culture change across organization
  • Coach senior leadership on removing organizational impediments
  • Participate in development and execution of roadmap for Agile adaptation
  • Evaluate and report level of Agile maturity and adaptation progress in the organization
  • Promote and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust and transparency across teams
  • Guide and coach, the organization on how to use Agile practices, principles, values, accountabilities, artifacts, and mechanics
  • Provide recommendations for particular Agile method usage and oversee implementation
  • Prepare and conduct Agile trainings
  • Work as Scrum Master and Agile Coach
  • Contributes to and recommends policies and processes in the Function or Department(s) short term strategy (1 year or less).
  • Is recognized as an expert within the organization and has in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline.
  • Initiatives lead to an impact on business on a domestic or international scale.
  • Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes improvements.
  • Promote and foster a culture of collaboration across organization
  • Manages processes working independently with limited supervision
  • Provides leadership to professionals and/or support staff. 
  • Follow specific functional policy and broad procedure allowing the choice of tactics to reach the established goals.  
  • Contributes to short to mid-term (1-3 years) talent optimization plans 
  • Monitors teams' efficiency, proposes improvements and communicates results
  • Identifies Agile knowledge deficiencies and proposes means to address these

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, with 3 - 5 years of position related experience, preferred in Business and Management, Organization, Leadership, Computer Science, Social Science or related field is required, or equivalent combo of education and experience level
  • 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master required
  • Participation in Agile transformation of varying initiative size and complexity
  • Excellent communication (in Polish and English), presentation and motivation skills
  • Proven skills in facilitation, collaboration and conflict management
  • Experience with working in international environment
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) or other Agile certification at similar level
  • Knowledge of scalable Agile frameworks
  • Ability to apply and transfer practical knowledge in different Agile frameworks and methods
  • Strong leadership, mentor and coaching skills
  • Ability to build up trustful relationships (including high level management positions)
  • Ability to analyze, think quickly and to manage conflicts 
  • Proficient use of project management, knowledge base and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Sharepoint & Teams one
  • Coaching certification is a plus but not required
  • Ability to motivate and support to overcome difficulties of complex and changing environment
