What you will be doing as a Brand Manager- Bottled Oils (Kujawski)


The core focus of this role is to:


⦁    Define and deliver Brand strategy.
⦁    Conduct consumer and market research
⦁    Manage and co-operate with media agencies 
⦁    Strategy and development of Corporate Social Responsibility programmes 
⦁    Propose and manage selected external agencies (adverting, design, PR) to support and execute agreed activities to deliver brand objectives  
⦁    Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
⦁    Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
⦁    Budget management 
⦁    Leadership of new product development projects 
⦁    Leading cross-functional teams (both locally and internationally)


This position is based in Warsaw Poland and will report to our Marketing Manager Bottled Oils,  also located in Warsaw.

What do we expect from our Brand Manager?


You have strong analytical and strategical thinking, relying on your data-driven thinking and hands-on approach. You love to define strategies in a creative way, being up to date with the latest marketing trends and implementing them. You like to work with teams and individuals from other internal departments like sales, operations, r&d and others.  Furthermore, you do also like to deliver presentations, when needed. What else do we expect? 


⦁    University degree with a Marketing or Business major
⦁    Minimum 5 years of experience  as brand manager in another FMCG company;
⦁    Proven ability to deliver complex projects and understanding full marketing mix;
⦁    Pricing knowledge; commercial management
⦁    Advanced knowledge of the use of MS Office- PowerPoint at least intermediate level;
⦁    Very good command of the English and Polish language;
⦁    Driving license B.
