What you will be doing as a EMEA Coordinator Global Ethics & Business Integrity
- Develops, coordinates, and participates in a multifaceted educational and training program that focuses on the elements of the ethics and compliance, and seeks to ensure that all appropriate employees and management are knowledgeable of, and follow pertinent standards.
- Coordinates internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and monitoring activities.
- Provides concise and meaningful information to Global Internal Audit initiatives, and to business management teams, including senior management.
- Serves as a consultant to other GEI members and participate/support global GEI projects.
- Coordinates and serves as a liaison to third party suppliers and vendors supporting GEI’s compliance programs and controls.
- Is responsible for the issuance of GEI reports related to the cases assigned to the Coordinator.
- Manages GEI computer systems (case management system, learning management system, helpline, SAP access, telephone records access, etc).
- Conducts or supports investigations of alleged or suspected violations of criminal law and corporate policies.
- Identify and define compliance, fraud and misconduct issues including root causes, and provide effective recommendations and solutions.
- Ensures the Company’s case management system is updated with status and outcome of assigned investigations.
- Travel is primarily within EMEA (20-25% on average).
What do we expect from our future colleague:
- Minimum of 3 years working in the area of corporate ethics and compliance including, development of programs, training, and conducting or supporting compliance investigations.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting, Law, Criminal Justice, or the equivalent.
- Any of the following certifications preferred: CFE, CCEP, CPA or CIA.
- Strong work ethic with a dedication to continuous improvement in a multifaceted and changing environment that strives to go above and beyond.
- Interact well with different people and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Have strong, proficient analytical skills.
- Fluent English skills and native Polish skills.
