What you will be doing as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A)?

• Business support of Key Commercial Managers with financial information (costing, profitability, revenues, volumes),
• Management of a three-person team,
• Taking part in close process - give inputs, prepare data and reports to effectively close the books and prepare all reports needed,
• Preparing variance analysis after month close and report with commentary to value chain management for Poland food business,
• Preparing financial planning (S&OP, forecasts/budgets, strategic planning) for Poland food business,
• Supporting main company projects in acquisitions, capex from productivity and growth perspective for Poland food business,
• Supervising the discounts and rebates policy and execution for Poland food business,
• Supervising transfer price management to assure compliance within tax and internal company rules,
• Supervising agreements execution with key customers.

What do we expect from our future Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A)?

• Higher education in Economics/Finance field,
• Experience in FP&A area and minimum 5 years of experience in team management,
• Fluent Polish and English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office pack with advanced Excel,
• Knowledge of ERP based systems (SAP preferred),
• Knowledge of BI solutions (analytical cubes (BW), drill down reports, knowledge of writing queries),
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a specific ability to articulate complex topics to business users.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
