What will you be doing as a Project Portfolio Management Assistant ?


The core focus of this role's activity is to facilitate the project portfolio of B2C margarines and packaged oils in Bunge Polska from an administrative perspective.

This should be completed through the following activities:

  • Project information gathering with regular update on project portfolio including financial aspects, pipelines and stages
  • Analysis and portfolio preparation: collaboration with marketing leaders, B2B team and with the financial controller to monitor projects changes and financials
  • Regular systematization of the process in the project development cycle and ensuring employees work accordingly
  • Coordinate and conduct project & portfolio meeting (Projects Review Meeting, Project Performance Review, local change product management)
  • Regular communication with EU B2C Product & Innovation Director, financial department (local and EU) and project leaders from Germany, Finland, Hungary and Netherlands


This position is based in Warsaw and it's part of a team of 12 people. It reports to our Innovation Margarine Director, also located in Warsaw. The contract will be on fixed term (1.5 year).


Our requirements for the Project Portfolio Management Assistant:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in a financial or administrative role
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • MS Office skills: Excel and PP- minimum intermediate level
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools (Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare and present data
  • Precise and analytical way of working under time pressure
  • Availability to occasional travels
