What you will be doing as Category and Customer Development Specialist based in Warsaw?

• Preparation of cyclical market monitoring reports based on data (Nielsen, GFK, Focus, internal data),
• Provide data-based conclusions on market changes and business recommendations,
• Analytical support of the Sales and Marketing Department, observation of consumer behavior and market trends, preparation of reports and presentations, active participation in internal and external meetings,
• Support for all sales channels in the development of sales strategies and tactics for the channel based on market data, recommending solutions,
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports for sales and marketing departments,
• Close cooperation with marketing, sales and research agencies,
• Participation in new product development projects, support for new products in the portfolio - participation in the development of a commercial strategy, monitoring the progress of building distribution and ongoing activities,
• Analyze and report on Bunge and competitor promotional activities across all categories.

What do we expect from our future Category and Customer Development Specialist?

• Experience in working with Nielsen data, minimum 1 year of experience,
•  Very good knowledge of English and Polish,
• Higher education (preferably Management, Marketing, Economics),
• Analytical capabilities,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• Ability to work under time pressure, accuracy, regularity, independence,
• Communicativeness, good organization of work, interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Discover platform.
