Main activities

  • Develop Customer Intimacy by leading and building business relationship and networks with the key customers stakeholders, such as Technical and Quality teams to develop deep understanding of our customers’ innovation pipelines and strategy, product lines, quality requirements, production capabilities/limitations, and business strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the customer base with the commercial teams in the value-added product space and market trends of focus.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct workshop activities, training programs as well as private sessions for the customers in the Creative Studio, on site or virtually.
  • Support application specialist/technologist for the preparation for exhibitions our company is attending.
  • Develop sales tools including presentation, brochures, and product application information to share with the customer for the existing products and new products.
  • Project follow up and monitoring for the success of all the critical projects in pipeline.
  • Provide technical support across the various fats and oils related applications areas.


Desired Qualities/Skills


•    Intimate knowledge and working experience in edible oil manufacturing and applications (including: confectionery, bakery, frying and plant-based) in the food industry and able to support customers with all their technical needs and questions. Minimum 5 years working experience.
•    Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear, crisp communication and updates on active projects
•    Good presentation and communication skills to share knowledge, projects and describe what is requested from the customers with sales team and management.
•    Increase the application capability of the technical teams with special applications with our portfolio fats in the Creative Studios and highlight this capability with the customers during the workshops. 
•    Strong problem solving, organization, planning, executing, good interpersonal and time management skills with ability to lead activities.
•    Experience in product development activities and managing projects.
•    Market and customer focused, responsive to customer needs.
•    Strong planning and executing skills.
•    Good business acumen.
•    Ability to travel as required by business and support customers in China. (up to 50% of the time).
