Product Development & Applications Technologist

岗位职责：

1、按时完成植物黄油、烘焙油脂、煎炸油脂等产品的应用检测，并及时出具检测报告。

2、根据产品创新的需要，通过应用创新挖掘产品的特点，如挖掘植物黄油的卖点，达到产品商业化的目的。

3、根据业务发展和市场需求，开发植物黄油的应用解决方案。

4、与产品开发紧密配合，持续进行应用产品的研发和创新。

5、提供整体解决方案的技术支持，跨越识别痛点，解决客户问题，协助商务团队完成产品销售。

6.管理和维护应用设备，及时排除故障，确保设备顺利运行。

7、在时间允许的情况下协助其他申请工作。

岗位要求：

1. 教育背景：烘焙或食品科学/技术专业本科及以上学历或同等学历。
2. 经验：3年以上食品行业经验，尤其是乳制品领域。 非常需要熟悉加工和应用知识。 至少2年乳制品、黄油或烘焙研发经验，能够开展乳制品的应用，如吐司、牛角面包、饼干、蛋糕、加工奶酪等。
3. 期望的素质/技能：良好的沟通、表达能力;具有强烈的责任心、自信和有效的书面和口头沟通能力;优秀的学习和执行能力、解决问题的能力。
