1、Leads HN projects, identify HN customers’ requirements on quality & food safety and regulation, guide cross function team to roll out action or improve existing quality & food safety system to meet customers’ requirements and mitigate food safety risks.​​​​​​​

2、Accountable for the result of customer communication & feedback for customer’s documents like questionnaire and needs related to quality & food safety, follow specific functional policy to reach the goals. 

3、As an expert, contribute professional knowledge within department, coordinate HN customers’ site audit and follow up closing on findings.

4、Use best practice or knowledge to improve the HN products or process together with function team like R&D, production.

5、Be responsible for building relationship with infant customers’ quality team, including technical communication with HN customers and mutual site visit, and handle customer claim or complaint.

6、Support on new HN customer or HN business development in China and work closely with global HN team.



1、At least 8-10 years quality & food safety working experience in food industry with high requirements on quality & food safety, better infant/dairy industry, and prefer to have work experience in multinational or domestic famous company.

2、With experience on customer orientation, and familiar GFSI at least FSSC 22000.

3、Should have knowledge on laws & regulation related to food safety.

4、Good skills on communication and troubleshooting.

5、Good working level of English including writing and speaking is highly preferable.
