主要工作职责：

• 全面负责项目和物流类供应商开发、评审和考核，并承担相关成本节约项目；
• 全面负责供应商商务谈判、进行风险和成本控制；
• 具备物流运输市场分析和判断能力，并能结合公司实际，提出有效的解决方案；
• 积极推动生产、物流等相关优化项目进度，有良好合作，达成采购目标；
• 采购订单的日常管理，完成采购到付款的流程跟进管理及异常处理；
• 合同等相关文件的管理和归档；
• 负责公司其他成本节约项目，并达成目标；

能力和技能：

• 良好的职业操守，为人正直，工作认真细致、积极主动、具备良好的沟通协调能力；
• 具备5年以上丰富的物流采购、项目品类采购经验；
• 具备商务运作、供应量管理、财务管理等知识框架；
• 熟练使用Office软件，能够独立完成数据分析和总结，有SAP操作经验优先考虑；
• 具备较强的项目规划、分析、执行力，以及较强的抗压能力；
• 具备良好的英文能力；外企工作经验优先。
