HR Business Partner (HRBP) Corporate Functions

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Bunge Loders Croklaan as an HRBP for our Corporate Functions.
You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to provide direction and support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall strategic objectives. In addition, and being responsible for training and development plans, and conducting performance management to ensure our employees are continuously developing and growing within their roles.
We are an international company with Dutch roots in the food, feed, and fuel industry. Bunge Loders Croklaan is specialized in processing oils and fats, which are used in many different products. Our oils and fats make cookies crunchy, make chocolate melt or stay solid longer, and more!
More on the role
Driving HR initiatives and programs that support our strategic objectives like bringing all our companies together as one Bunge. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support their goals. Coach and counsel employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development. Manage HR processes and programs, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Collaborate with other HR professionals to provide guidance and support on compensation, benefits, and other HR policies and programs. Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics to measure the efficiency of HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Supports employee life cycle processes.

Actively initiate and participates in recruitment processes.

Help to make the locations a phenomenal place to work from all perspectives.

Advise, draw, and ensure flawless execution of relevant HR policies, strategies, and procedures.

Creative mind on new employee policies and initiatives.

Ensure all employees have an Individual Development Plan filled in.

Advise managers on department structures and headcount budgets.

Coordinate and collaborate in labour efficiency processes.
Is this you?
- Bachelor level, preferably HR;
- 3+ years of experience as HRBP (preferably at a multinational matrix company);
- Are proficient in Dutch and English;
- Have expertise in Dutch labour laws and legal matters;
- Our ideal candidate has affinity with data, dashboards, and similar tools.
