Role Purpose Statement

1) Optimal tankage utilization & transportation for Imported and Domestic oils (Agri/ GOVC/ Foods)

• Daily track utilization report and rationalization of Tank Space across all Ports
• Ensure smooth movement of cargo to different factories ensuring cost saving in Freight & Handle transporter issues with plants.
• Agreement for RKM Transporters, Brokers and CHA, Surveyors etc
• Tank arrangement for Imported Oil and Domestic Oil as per Business requirements
• Freight negotiations with Transporters for RKM daily, weekly, monthly based on S&D

2) Oil coverage vs S&OP plans for each Units.

• CPO, RPS, CPKO, Degum, Sun oil etc every week planning to ensure no stock out.
• Lifting of RPS for Kandla, Rajpura and KP as per SCM plans, Tracking and Visibility every week / monthly performance
• Co-ordination with BBS Team for DSBO, CPO and SFO etc supply to respective unit by Rake and Road

3) Bunge refineries – By Product Sales

• Ensure smooth sales and execution of by products from Kandla, KP and Rajpura agt PO.
• Sales / Order booking Spot and Forward based on approval with Reporting or Functional Manager
• Tracking daily market, Import Parity, S&D for better judgment for sales.
• Brokers agreement – new or renew based on tacking and performance.

4) Import High seas Sales / Bond to Bind Transfer

• Supervising Import – HS or Bond sales with BBS and respective Traders – local execution & ensure smooth working. 
• Traceability Data for Palm agt purchase as per BBS requirements.
• Close watch on market trends and meeting cost saving by planning duty payments based on tariff / exchange rate change and ensuring plant requirements are met.
• Raw material planning to ensure no stock out.

Education & Experience

• 7-15 Years
• Graduate in any stream.
